Detailed Product Description
Blowing Molding
This machine for molding of heat-resistant bottle (up to 100 °C) at 150°C. The molding cycle only 8 seconds. The speed while blowing bottle at medium temperature is close to that for mineral water bottle .This machine can also be used for blowing mineral water bottle .
This machine can control the crystallizing of bottle to prevent the slackness of PET molecules , The blown bottle is resistant to temperature over 92 and doesn't deform event at quick cooling down after hot-filling.
Automatic temperature-controlling system for various pars of blowing mold is avaiable to make ur products perfect.
Capable of preventing the whitening of side (edge) and the uneven resistance to temperature at interior/exterior part of bottle with thick wall and large caliber.
Various molding ways r avaiable for ur option
